L’Occitane en Provence is known as the major gift brand. That’s the reason why, it was important for the brand to optimize their customer experience in their choices for Christmas gifts.


L’ Occitane and Tapptic have therefore collaborated to develop a chatbot that guides users towards the perfect gift according to the type and tastes of the person to whom the gift is offered, but also according to the budget.

Our solution

Once the gift is selected, the chatbot offers two options to users, either buy it directly online on L’Occitane.com, or be redirected on the brand’s website to find the nearest store.
